Dedicated to the memory of Roy Chapman

Hi everyone. My Grandad Roy (fondly known as Roy the Boy by my close friends) lost his brave battle with Cancer today. Husband to Judy, Dad to Jill, Tony & his Daughter in Law Sarah, Grandad to Martyn, Natalie & Jonathan, Great Grandad & Uncle Roy to many.

Instead of a Funeral we are aiming to raise as much money as possible for Rossendale Hospice, in particular the Hospice at Home Team who have done so much for my Grandad & Family over the last couple of years.

Since his “7-10 days to live” diagnosis over 2 years ago the Hospice has been a massive part of our life & without them providing the End of Life Support, Care & Compassion they have over the last month or so we just wouldn’t have managed as well with everything.

Any & all donations on top of the donations we are putting in as a thank you as a Family will be greatly appreciated & I’m sure many more families will benefit from anything we can raise for the Charity.

We are looking at getting together as a Family for a toast & some drinks to my Grandad in the next few weeks where we can hopefully present the Final Total Raised to Rossendale Hospice there.
